Every deliverable from the AI side passes a standing quality check first. Catches errors, enforces policy, and leaves you an audit trail.
The promise
AI output without a review step is how mistakes ship. This role is the standing quality gate every other specialist’s work has to pass through before it reaches a human. It also owns the HR side of the AI org — defining new roles, writing the standard operating procedures the team works from, and keeping the roster current. It replaces the editor-in-chief, the QA lead, and the people-ops function in a traditional org. You buy a guarantee that what arrives at your inbox has been read by someone other than the person who wrote it.
What it does day-to-day
- Reviews every outbound deliverable and issues one of three verdicts: pass, pass with observations, or rework
- Loops failed work back to the original specialist with specific notes, until it passes
- Drafts new role profiles when the orchestrator identifies a capability gap
- Maintains the team’s standard operating procedures and onboarding checklists
- Keeps the roster of named specialists current, with scope and reporting lines
How it works
A QA lead and an HR lead split the work. The QA lead never reviews their own output and never rules on routing decisions — only on artifacts. The HR lead writes new specialists into the team after research, then publishes the role to the roster.
